Zihui xu (she/her)
Hui is an artist from Shanghai, China.
She holds a BA in Exhibition Design, which ignited her fascination with exploring the relationship between people and the environment through painting. Before studying Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art, she gained diverse experiences in Shanghai, working as a photographer, model, event planner, and art teacher. Her passion for trying new things drives her creativity and inspires her artistic growth.
Hui particularly enjoys drawing on location in her sketchbook, using simple yet expressive techniques to capture the emotions and unique character of a place while preserving memories. She is always eager to explore different subjects and experiment with various artistic styles.
