Hello, I’m Lucy!

I grew up in Bristol but now live and work in South London, right in the middle of a busy mix of different people, cultures and stories that inspire me every day.

I love things that are little, cute and a bit weird looking, and my stories are usually Fantasy fed by things like folk tales, old stones, lovely walks or strange insects people send me on TikTok.

I work mainly with watercolour, pastel and pencil and love taking colour palettes from nature to add atmosphere to an image. Above all I want my illustrations to be playful and warm and that little escape from the real world we so often need.
