Kate Reamsnyder
Kate Reamsnyder hails from the southeastern region of the United States. Books and stories have always shaped her life, from picturebooks to chapter books to high fantasy, so it only seemed natural that she would pursue book illustration. After two years of living amongst the stunning Smoky Mountains, adventure and the Children’s Book Illustration MA beckoned her across the ocean to Cambridge. Over the past year and a half, she has refined her skills in art-making, marveled at the beauty of light and trees, and strived to fuse a passion for nature and adventure into her illustrations. Her hope is that this work captures the magic of our world, with a hint of mystery on the side!
