Hiya! I’m Hsinyi (Leman) from Taiwan. During the past few years of working, I realised that I can never give up my labour of love of drawing and writing stories. So choosing to study in Children’s Book Illustration has been the best way for me to make my dream come true!
My inspiration mostly comes from my life experiences. I enjoy creating touching and profound picture books, especially stories about self-healing, and happy little things in my daily life. Also, observational drawing helps me to capture the interesting moment anytime, anywhere.
Reading, cooking, baking, dancing and watching dramas and films are those things that fill me with energy.
