Geyang Song (she/her)
Hi! I'm Geyang, I am from Zhejiang, China. Before I came to study Children’s Book Illustration, I studied Visual Communication Design and worked in a kindergarten for a while. I love playing with children and am often touched by their innocence and sincere artistic creations.
In my own creative work, I often use mixed media. One of my favourites is monoprint, because I like printmaking’s free, natural texture. I also like collage. Because using scissors instead of a pencil gives me a fresh and joyful experience.
