Claire Goble (she/her)
Claire Goble is an illustrator, animator and designer from London. Previous clients include the BBC, CBeebies, Nickleodeon and TATE. She has illustrated a series of children’s books for Thames & Hudson that are sold worldwide.
Storytelling is at the heart of her practice. She likes to explore difficult subjects and bring them to life with humour and colour. ‘CHOP CHOP - The gory story of Henry VIII’ was selected for the dPICTUS Unpublished Picturebook Showcase 6.
Claire loves to experiment with printmaking and mixed media. The materials she uses for each project are always led by the characters and story.
She has enjoyed every minute of the MA and is excited to see where this journey takes her next.
