Charlotte Durance is an author and illustrator who lives in East Anglia. She enjoys using humour, colour, shape and texture in her work. Charlotte studied English Literature and Film & Drama and this has inspired a love of composition and sequence. Play is an important part of Charlotte’s practice, and she finds inspiration through experiments with mixed media, printmaking and collage. She is never without a sketchbook and enjoys capturing everyday life.
